I can’t stay idle. I’ve tried, and it doesn’t work. There’s this constant need to do something - to build, to solve, to move forward.
For a long time, I thought this meant I lacked focus. It felt like something was wrong with me, like I needed fixing. But over time, I realized something important: I’m not distracted - I’m naturally restless.
And when that restlessness is directed properly, it becomes a strength instead of a weakness. My outlet is building, because that’s where everything starts to make sense.
When I code, I get immediate feedback. An idea turns into structure, structure turns into functionality, and functionality turns into something real. That visible progress, step by step, is what keeps me engaged. It's incredibly rewarding and satisfying.
In a world where most people consume, I’ve realized I work best when I create. I don’t need constant motivation - I need meaningful problems to solve.
If you feel this kind of restlessness, don’t rush to suppress it.
Channel it. Give it direction. Let it work for you.
Because when energy meets direction, it turns into output - and consistent output compounds over time. For me, that output is code.
