  3. May Allah SWT make you successful in all your success definition. Allah knows the best. May Allah SWT bless you in all the way. 🙂

  5. Best of Lucks Hasin bhai..

I hope to be on your side – through the good and bad times in the road ahead.

Reading this .. it somehow reminded me of Lord Of the Rings – Fellowship of the Ring ..

when Bilbo said to Gandalf .. that he needs to go to the mountains .. away from trouble ..and finish his book

    Best of “Lucks”

    kidding 😀
I believe straight line is not for a brilliant like you 😎 . Wish you all the best hasin vy. I wish your best wherever you go.

  15. Ya, I agree with you if the cos leaving swi is, “long time in same project”. That means you have a concrete vision ahead. That’s really good.

But always think constructive. I think there might be any other ways to switch some other projects. May be ………… But the most painful thing might be that what your colleagues are bearing into their hearts. but……….

Remember, i asked you to give some time to your family too, when u were sooooo busy with everything. I think there should be check sum balance every where. This is the some other ways to be refreshed yourself and avoid borringness. Now, this is good decision to share some time with family.

I believe you have that potentiality. So, go ahead keeping balance in everything of your surrounding…..

    good luck!!!

“I will spend some quality time with my family which they deserve for a long time.”

Don’t try to get lost in yourself…..

  17. At the first time when you told me this news, i was shocked. Because with out you , swi php team will loss it most strength. And i really enjoyed last 6 month by working with you. It’s really painfull for me and also for other swi telents .

But after reading this post i will must say, you took the right decision. Go man go, do a great open-source project. I am always with you, at least in any opensource project.

    😦

  18. Hasin bhai ,where ever u go , what ever u do, i strongly believe that u’l reach top of success becoz ALLAH creats some guys with their misson to help others and in response ALLAH makes them to be successfull in each and every field of their life, and u are one of them, i can’t forgot u till the ending of my profession or even my life becoz u are the first person who helped me on 1st day of my PHP carrer when i was badly traped in problems and i found u like a helping angle, thanks for all that, and i wish from core of my heart that u could fulfil all dreams of your life , can be most successfull person and ….
can’t say some words any more

but can only wish a great future for u with no pain and may ALLAH help u in all your good ways
    Amin

  19. Well, some people may feel sorry. But, trust me I think it’s a great news!

It’s a way to the ultimate evolution of someone like Hasin when he finds out he has lot more responsibilities in a broader scope for elevating mankind to the next level. And I believe if anyone can do it, it’s him!

“Hasin” a brand image is hatching out (consider my bet on this). Watch out world. Here he comes!

    Best of Luck!

  20. Hasin,

You have been doing wonderful for a long time in your ventures. Both in software development and active participations in technology interest groups, you have been outstanding. I call you “The Wizard of Web”.

Wish you continued success in your career.

  23. Hmmmm …. I learned a lot of thing to Hasin Haider . he is such a nice guy and best developer and i hope his team also miss hasin . he is very cooperative …..i saw his project …[outstanding]
wish you all the luck. Happy Journey
May Allah Give u Success in your life (Ameem)

  24. Sorry to hear 😦 Its called simulated annealed brain drain. I just heard that you are joining some ODC (Offshore development center). First Padma went to Ganga and now its heading towards Atlantic :(( How long BD will face such slow motion brain drain? Why can’t we get out of this? I would love to ask that question to Hasin.

  25. Hasin bhai – Should I cry? No doubt, we all miss you too much – round the clock. I passed my most precious moments during the time working with you. And I believe – you will always direct us ahead in the right way as you did past, no matter where you are now.

You took the right decision….we expect some other mind blowing open source projects from you.

Take my grand salute. I always feel proud by mentioning your name as a golden son of Bangladesh. Wish your ultimate success, happy and sound life for the rest of the time also.

  27. all people are born free, at least they should be free. in life we make many different relations: with our family, with friends, with very special friends, with colleagues, and with our companies. some relations are good and last long, in others satisfaction may not be there, and they cool down.

i think we have a very good and strong relation with hasin, and it is not that somewhere in… is in lack of challenges or new projects. hasin has built the bangla blog community, and there are many new things he can work on, using the formula for local communities.

in this case it is more about the inner voice of hasin i believe, that tells him to stay free from commited attachments. isn´t it so hasin? you reduced your workload with somewhere in… to try out pageflakes. you worked seven days a week, though we had a good talk about this with warings that such a hard work load one day will ruin your internal batteries. you are a father, you are a husband, and trust me, those two relations are the most important in your life, far more important than work and career. so ensure that now when you are free, that you give back your most precious value – time – to them who need you the most.

then you can free your mind, and with a free mind, you can again find strength for creation. i am sure that freedom gives strength, and that you when having the freedom to leave, also chose to stay not too far away. so perhaps from a freelance hasin we can see some new revolutionary swi/hasin joint products coming out into the market. as we say, the doors are open for your business within the business.

we just all have to be clever and choose to spend our freedom wisely.

  28. i think i’m too late to get the news.. no one told me:( .. and i was shocked too..it was great to have to in swi. anyway best of luck and hope to meet you somewhere again 🙂

  29. Aha, so comes forth the munch of departure 🙂

I though I saw one of my random Google searches unearthing a fiery exchange of conversation on an indexed bd-lug/php-experts mail thread long long ago, with OA Zabir as the antagonist. So, this is appearing to be a little strange to me..why did you join pageflakes at first? (no offense in anyway Bhaiya..just curious repercussion). And why did you leave it when the ajax-star-page war was heating up? Are any of the following responsible:

    1) A special “vibe” that has “net” associated with it? You know what I mean.

    2) The decline of the Social Networking paranoia and flash, lengthy XML rich indexes?

    3) The lack of APIs of popular sites? Not enough for basic module creation?

    4) Creative difference. Lets face it, having a MVP as your boss…come on + he was supposed to be a Civil Engineer.

    5) Or only the unadulterated love for Open Source? If so, then do you have any definite future plan? Like developing another product based on the Gecko rendering engine?

  30. @atanu

good questions. let me go thru one by one (my old style, remember?)

that was a silly war, i agree – from all the aspects. you cant just fight which one is better, .net/php/java/…. – every platform comes with some advantages and drawbacks as well. so i went off.

pageflakes is definitely an awesome product. before joining in pageflakes, misho and i worked together in somewherein. so the fight stopped long ago.

so why I left pageflakes and somewherein just in a week, right? i left because i was too loaded with same type of works and i got a chance to develop an open source project which we (hasin with some of his friends) planning for quite a long time. and to work for that project, i cant manage time if i didn’t leave pageflakes and somewherein.

    thats it, thanks.
